A little more sunshine for Payson
In 2021, we felt like the world could use a little more sunshine. We imagined a happy, welcoming place where families and friends could gather, enjoy something special and make memories together.
That idea became Riley’s Taste of Sunshine. We opened our doors in Payson over Labor Day weekend in 2022 with one guiding belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, valued and like they truly belong.
The people behind Riley’s
Riley’s Taste of Sunshine is owned and operated by Noelle Sorensen, Elle Kearl, Addie Bills and Chris Riley, our farmer.
Together, we have created a place that brings many of our favorite things under one roof. Customers can stop in for handcrafted sodas, ice cream and seasonal treats; shop boutique clothing, gifts and hand-pressed products; or discover fresh produce grown locally at the farm.
We also work with local businesses and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

We take pride in choosing products we would be excited to share with our own families and friends. That includes delicious treats, fresh produce, boutique finds, gifts and products we make by hand.
Our goal is to offer quality products at fair prices while supporting local farms, makers and small businesses whenever we can. Because our products change with the seasons, there is almost always something new to find at Riley’s.

What truly sets Riley’s apart is our purpose.
We train our team to have genuine interactions with every customer who comes through our doors. Whether someone visits for a quick drink, an ice cream shared with family or a little shopping after a difficult day, we want that person to know they matter.
